GBVery good value for money. Basic but perfect for one night away. Location was an easy 20 min walk from the bullring but around the accommodation itself has nothing

The floor and skirting boards were very dirty, and the bathroom was mouldy. The owner appeared to be drunk when we arrived, and a staff member repeatedly told us that we had to check out by 10:30 at the latest. We did not get the impression that they were very welcoming and felt more like a nuisance than valued guests. Quite distant from the city centre. Beds were broken.
GBGBThe property was in a good location to everywhere we needed to go . There were x2 shops right opposite and one was open 24/7 ,which was handy . They had a kitchen with all appliances in it which u could use . And a pub downstairs if u wanted a drink and you could bring your drink to your room x
The beds weren’t very comfy ,the bed I was sleeping on the mattress dipped down like the springs had gone ,my legs were in the air so I I had to switch sides and sleep the other end of the bed .
GBThe location was good for an event we were attending in Digbeth, and the pub was nicely done out and clean. The staff we saw were very nice as well.
I thought there was breakfast available but there wasn't-my mistake obvs, but it made it not so good a deal for the price. The shower was not so clean, there were grubby marks on the wall, and also crumbs on the floor. The mattress needs replacing as well, it felt old and battered. At night time there was an awful lot of banging and slamming of doors and raised voices in the outside area just below our window, there are no staff on site in the evenings so that's that.

No hairdryer in the room, but is not a big deal.
