Often, heard vehicles from this location, even at night. My girlfriend couldn't sleep very well as a result. (But I slept fine) Also the flushing wasn't working in the bathroom

The hospitality staff, Vittoria was amazing. There were guide books at our disposal and she personally recommended sites to see as well as places to eat. She speaks Italian and English. The B & B is clean, fresh sheets and towels, decent (tie you over) breakfast.

The communication was remiss. I didn't get my entry code after confirmation and I was standing outside of the B & B for almost an hour, with a dying phone, no wi-fi, and spotty to no cell service. The clincher, I was NOT told that I had no bathroom in my single room and the "view" from my balcony was horrid- a repair/service yard for commercial vehicles. Inconvenient having to go downstairs to use bathroom at night, but bathroom was clean, towels clean, no soaps (luckily I brought my own shower stuff). Oh and toilet barely flushed- stressor doing #2! Communication should be better! Like an immediate WhatsApp message with the ENTRY CODE the morning of my arrival would've been good.

The farm house has a pool and a kitchen, the rooms are cosy and well furnished. The staff helped with everything I needed.
