Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that confirming the age of the guests in advance is mandatory. Guests need to get in touch with the property within a maximum of 3 days after the confirmation of the booking to confirm their age. A deposit may be required at the property.
