BGC 2BR Uptown Parksuites with balcony and bathtub

Location.

Leaking Aircon in the small bedroom. No shower curtain in the master bedroom bathtub.

The front desk service was excellent.

The location and the entrance stairs.

Good location near uptown mall and lots of restaurants near good

I originally booked for 3 days with 2 bedroom but they message me that is was not available on short nortice. The host was kind enough to accomodate us but on separate units for 2 days

the air in the living room not working and cable stated that there is cable

Location superb. Aircon works Has hot water for shower

Host was not accommodating and sounds rude on whatsapp. No shower curtain in one of the toilet. Drainage in the outside toilet is very slow which floods the toilet during shower. Beds are very cheap made in plastic so it is noisy every time we get up for toilet hence waking up our baby. Other furnitures are cheap and falling apart like the cabinet. No bedside table to put your water at night and other essentials. Towels are old. Toilet has water damage in the ceiling and looks moldy. No extra toilet paper provided for 5 days stay. Only has very old floor sweeper so even though i wanted to clean it properly everyday as i am a very tidy person, i can’t. No extra garbage bag for 5days No water available in the dispenser. No aircon in lobby You can see marks of killed insects in the bedroom wall.

wifi doesnt work immedietly.

The host is very accommodating , accepted our need of extra room at ease and facilitated payments that is easy for us , as we don't have a local banking capacity . Very accessible to all .

It’s not that what we didn’t like .There was just a limited supply of basic necessity like bathrooms tissues , no paper towels for a 4 day stay.
