Really beautiful, stylish and comfortable apartment. Looks exactly like it does in the photos. Location is excellent, close to a beautiful park, shops, and restaurants. The town is not really touristy despite being close to a beautiful beach which can be reached easily by car or bus.

Only downside is parking, but this is a general problem in Santa Cruz. If you do have a car just park in the Weyler car park for 16 euros a day. It’s close to the apartment.

L’appartement est bien situé et est agréable. Il dispose d’un coin salon, d’un dressing, d’une kitchenette et d’une salle de bains. Tout est très propre. L’accès est sécurisé. Le personnel est joignable sur WhatsApp et répond très vite et aimablement aux demandes. Nous avons aussi reçu une bouteille de cidre en cadeau pour le nouvel an.

La cuisine est équipée avec le minimum, c’est difficile de cuisiner. Nous avons demandé (et reçu très rapidement) un bouilloire et un vrai bon couteau de cuisine. Les assiettes, verres etc. sont tous au nombre de 3, ce qui fait qu’il faut optimiser le stockage des aliments dans le frigo sinon on est vite à court de plats. Il n’y a pas suffisamment de place dans la salle de bains pour mettre deux trousses de toilette. Il n’y a pas de machine à laver, ni dans l’appartement, ni dans l’immeuble.

It was a good decision to spend a few nights in the city. Everything was very close by. (Within walking distance) We left the car in the Rosalinda parking garage for €11.90 per day. It was about a 200-meter walk away. There is a shopping opposite the parking garage. It is worth doing your grocery shopping there. The accessibility, communication, cleanliness, and amenities of the accommodation were perfect. Access to the apartment was easy with the code provided in advance. There was an elevator in the building. Cleanliness, nice smell, and comfortable bed. I recommend it to everyone. I would highlight the good communication. I used WhatsApp.

Beautifully restored old building, high quality fittings, towels etc, super rooftop terrace. Very good communication from host company. Excellent location, close to city centre but quiet refined area.

Minor issues - could have been more cutlery and pans. Would have appreciated instructions on oven / microwave.

The place was excellent. The location couldn't be better. The alrtment had a great size and everything you could need. I lived my stay here. Sonia was very nice and accommodating.
