Cosy terrace cottage built into the mountain side.

Situated in a good area to explore the region. Plenty of space - upstairs and down.

Parking mostly OK, but a matter of chance.

Da wir auf Trekking-Tour waren und ein paar Regentage anstanden, war es eine feine Sache, ein Dach überm Kopf zu haben.

In der Beschreibung steht "Cottage mit gemütlicher Terrasse". Im großen und ganzen empfanden wir es eher als unaufgeräumt und vernachlässigt. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt einfach nicht wirklich hübsch. Zum Beispiel klebt der Esstisch, egal wie gründlich man sauber macht. Auch der Geruch im Wohnzimmer (wahrscheinlich Hund) wird uns nicht in guter Erinnerung bleiben. Die Betten sind durchgelegen. Für das Angebot empfanden wir den Preis zu hoch.

It is a very lovely house. You got everything you need. Maybe be aware that it's not really warm inside. But if you don't mind, it is an amazing place to stay. Dagmar, the neighbour, was very nice and helpful.

More shampoo would have been nice cause I stayed there for 5 nights. But nothing major and something which could be easily fixed.

The very steep hill getting to the property very hard to get a car there, also didnt have a parking space the second night bit inconvenient

For the price paid, I thought it was excellent. A quirky little terraced house, with quite good views out of the front, and pretty good facilities. The place was lovely and clean as well.

Cosy place to stay, nice and warm and approx a 25 minute drive to llambris. It was nice and clean on arrival and ideal if you have pets.

It's located up a very steep hill. If you plan to have a take out, they don't deliver and you have to pay with cash only. There's one parking space outside the cottage, if you have more than one vehicle, you will need to find a space further down the hill

The cottage is very quaint and well maintained. The log fire is a lovely additional feature and the hosts were kind enough to leave logs for us for the first evening (more logs can be bought from the nearby Co-op) and a pint of milk in the fridge. We used the cottage as a base for travelling to Zipworld (Bethesda & Betws-y-Coed), Portmeirion & Cwmorthin during our staff, so it was a great central location. Everything was clean and tidy. Message received day before with how to access keys, advice on accessing the road to the corrage and phone number for help was great. Availability of the tumble dryer was a god send on the 2nd day when we got soaked visiting Cwmorthin waterfall and abandoned village.

The shower has limited power but it was warm. Parking is tricky - on our 2nd night the space outside the property was taken so we were unable to park near to the cottage. It is a narrow road but we managed to park with enough room to allow others to get by (in a Polestar) when we could park outside.Some instructions on how to use cooker, cooker hood (which I could not get to work) etc would be good. I only spotted the instructions about the bedding on the last day as my daughter used the room next to where the sign was placed - this could do with also being in the welcome pack.
