Charming Private Studio Near Raymond James Stadium

Clean and cozy

They gave me a hard time about my service dog and even said they were going to charge me $100 more service dog or not.

Clean room. Private location. Left us 6 coffee pods, but then no more. Good assortment of pots,.pans, and utensils, etc. clean dishes and flat ware. Good Assortment of toiletries and kitchen soap for hands and dishes. Asked for broom, promptly delivered. Easy parking. Very close to 1-275.

Very minimal towels (2 bath, 1 bath rug, 3 wash clothes 1 hand towel...were there for 8 nights, no change of towels.offered . No directions left in room. No contact info, just on our phone contact. Soap dispenser in shower, very high in wall..hard to reach.

Very clean. Responsive staff.

Some traffic noise as it is close to major highway.

It's inexpensive and has a very cute front porch to smoke on but it's a shed

If you like ants crawling all over you and so much mold that you keep sneezing and coughing & your throat gets really sore and such a tiny shed it's not even a house or a room it's a shed that you hear all the rain like you're going to blow up and it's so small if you put a twin air mattress in the living room / kitchen you cannot even get to the bathroom we had no remote control for our TV we went and bought one because the owner didn't bring one for 3 days and it's very uncomfortable and I kept itching in it it was just bad all around

It was perfect for what we needed! Very clean, organized, well maintained, had a nice cozy vibe. Property staff was accommodating.

Close to highway, loud traffic at night.

Great guesthouse at the back of a house in Lowry Park North neighborhood. It was very quiet and peaceful despite being attached to the house. Very clean. Host was very responsive and helpful. When a cold front hit tampa they even provided a space heater. They also helped me received a package - very thoughtful and kind people! Kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with great amenities. The kitchen had electric countertop burners, keurig, microwave, kettle, flatware, rice cooker and pots + pans. More than good enough to cook for longer stays. Bedroom had plenty of closet space for me as a solo traveler. Also, the small office desk and chair were nice perks!

There is a wall A/C but no heat control in the unit. The host did provide a space heater during a cold front, which worked out just fine. W/D access would be nice but luckily the patio had plenty of space for a clothesline.
