Cosy newly decorated self check-in loft in central

A lovely cosy apartment, great for a couple. The location is superb and it's really nice to have a washing machine and the clothing steamer was a pleasant surprise to have all your nicer outfits looking good for a night out.

Location is perfect. Cozy small flat, self check in was easy. Good communication.

The apartment could be tidier. The fridge was not cleaned and I found food left inside. There is a mess in the drawers and the closet. All the dishes were old and dirty. I couldn’t make any coffee or tea because a kettle was very old and dirty. Basically, the apartment is cozy, it just needs more cleanliness.

The location was spot on very close to the centre and all amenities, restaurants bars and shops etc. Within the flat everything was covered. A well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed and seating area and a spacious bathroom also the building the flat is situated is very clean and secure.

It is a well-situated location within walking distance of the Kaunas old town. Parking areas available opposite and nearby. Quiet and safe with the Akropolis shopping centre two blocks away. The appartment facilities are very good and clean. We were able to cook meals and do our washing - very handy when travelling for 5 weeks.

Some items could have been made available such as tea towel to wipe up plates, surface spray to clean kitchen and the bathroom shampoo was almost empty. We note the point about the hot water taking time to reach the shower but it really was a long time to wait and a waste of water. No antenna for the TV meant we couldn't even watch Lithuanian news and sitcoms.

The location was perfect, the flat was modern, within walking distance to central Kaunas and transport links, clean and had a good amount of dishware, cooking appliances ect. There were two sets of keys , maybe important for groups renting out , and the building security was very good, lift worked only when card was scanned, meaning no unnecessary visitors inside the building.The beds were comfortable and water hot.

The Tv didn't have regular tv channels, only a few apps. We were visiting with teenage children, and in the flat, there were two duvets, and it was impossible to share any of those . It would be beneficial to have a spare duvet for family visits( i ended up using those blankets). Two large towels and two small towels were left , in the message were told if I take more towels from wardrobe I will be charged 8 euros each extra, for a family of three felt a bit short, I didn't use any extras, ended up washing those as at first provided towels didn't smell very fresh. Also, Velux windows are great , but they need to have blinds. The sun rises early , so it means everyone is awake with the daylight. The temperatures were getting warmer , on arrival in a text message were told that the heater in the flat also acts as an air con when needed, however, when we switched it on the cool settings it was still blowing warm air and with no adequate stool to stand on and open those windows it was very humid indoors. Those are a few issues we had. I'm not trying to spoil the review, but some improvements could be made.
