Cosy, 2-bedroom Snowdonia cottage mountain retreat

Modern with the essentials. Great location. Under floor heating in the bathroom was lovely.

Ripped sheets on one of the single beds, not sure who makes the beds but pretty sure the sheets needed replacing. The back area (not a garden) was very small and not kid friendly. Had a particularly odd smell too. Steps upstairs very slippery for children. My 3 year old nearly fell down twice.

cottage was excellent, well equipped clean and quiet ,the beds were really comfortable and the shower room was excellent with it’s under floor heating. Mountain View’s and in a great location for getting about. It was perfect.

We loved the feel of the cottage - with its cosy open plan living area and cottage style bedrooms upstairs, with the comfy beds and duvet and pillows. Big new sash windows and wooden floor downstairs added to the feel. We loved the modern shower-room with its heated floor and cosy annex outside. Washing machine proved useful on a couple of occasions as did the biofuel fire, once we got it going. We especially liked being able to communicate with James the host who responded to queries not long after posing the question. We loved his welcome booklet too, describing local walk and his personal, yet professional touch.

Not much - but a ripped instruction manual for the fire and broken clothes airer didn't help. Although comfy, the single beds were quite short for adults, hitting feet on the bars at the end..

We found a condom wrapper and a dirty towel upon arrival, we informed host. Oven wasn’t clean, no hand soap, spacious cottage but host needs a better cleaner. On a plus side bed was comfy, Netflix available, clean fridge freezer.

Lovely location between the mountains, very cute interior, host was very helpful and friendly, property was very clean and had everything you would need.

The lovely old house has been modernised to an exceptionally high standard with excellent stylish fittings. We particularly liked the modern wet room. All the equipment we needed was there, good WiFi signal and full access to all entertainment channels. Parking was easy. It is a lovely house well situated for access to all main routes in N Wales.

Nothing to fault.

A beautiful & spacious cottage in a great location with a few walks on the doorstep. The rooms were clean & tidy, the kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the great parking space and a nice big green space close by for our dog and my husband’s training sessions. 🙂
