Location was good. Free street parking.

The beds all had plastic wrapping on them which made it super hot to sleep on, was not a typical bed cover. The cups and silverware was dirty and sticky. Had to be rinsed before. The washer was inaccessible, code did not work. Water in some areas did not drain well.

It was very convenient to everything, and beautifully decorated.

The faucets were falling off and were in wrong, one barely reached the sink bowl. There were no shades in the bedrooms so it was very bright, could barely sleep.

ALL of the faucet shower and sink knobs were falling off and THE SHOWER FAUCET WERE FALLING OFF!! THERE WERE NO SOAP HOLDERS IN THE SHOWER. WE HAD 7 WOMEN THERE AND THAT IS TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE! THERE WAS NO COFFEE, NOT ENOUGH TISSUE OR PAPER TOWELS. NO SOAP IN DISPENSERS. THE PLACE WOULD BE A LOT BETTER IF YOU ALL WOULD PAY ATTENTION TO THESE ISSUES. BECAUSE SOMETIMES IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS, THAT MAKE THE BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!!

The place is beautiful far as decor even though there were appliances that needed fixed, the owner was reachable and perfect location.

I usually don’t leave a review but this Airbnb was different from any Airbnb I’ve stayed in before. The home is beautiful far as decor and colors but the home has no house supplies such as paper towel, towels, face rags( we did find two town and a rag- but mind you we booked for 5 ppl),we were happy only two of us stayed in the home and I had an extra rag in my bag or no one would’ve had towels or rags to wash with. There was no soap in the soap dispensers in the bathrooms except for the one on the first floor, no iron, iron board, but I did find a steamer on the last day in one of the rooms. Appliances in upstairs middle bathroom sink and shower is broken and downstairs bathroom shower is stripped, master bedroom tall dresser fell apart while looking for towels. You can’t adjust the heat in the house which is stuck on 63. MOST IMPORTANTLY THERE WAS NO HOT WATER, I let the water run for a good amount of time and it’s freezing cold. I called the owner he stated the same thing I have already done, let it run because it’s on a certain kind of water tank and still no hot water. Someone was suppose to come out but I left at 1:22pm and there was still no hot water. This home needs a little more attention to it, yes the decor and colors are pretty but it lacked important essentials as I read before in previous reviews (but I figured they were addressed) and need a lot of touch up on dressers and appliances because they are falling apart or broken.

The floors was dirty and we to buy mop to the mop the floors one bathroom room wasn't clean no towels hanging in bathrooms decor could have been a lot better he charge to much for cleaning fee and it wasn't clean

It's like walking into art and everything we could have wanted for our first visit to Chicago. For jazz and blues fans, the area is perfect! Quick access to public transit and walking distance from many things.
