Nice beds

Good location.

We were given no instruction on how to get keys or access to the building and ended up having to miss the first night at the property as couldn't get hold of the host despite emailing and calling multiple times. Had to pay for a second hotel. Host didn't get in touch until the following late afternoon. This is not acceptable when you have paying guests and where an email could have been sent through Booking (Host wanted personal email). We have lost money on this stay.

Secure. Clean. Good facilities. Excellent location with lovely shops and eateries nearby. Good size. Shower gel, hand wash, shampoo conditioner and cleaning products available. They let me have a late checkout which was great and fast responses on messages.

There was a nice coffee machine but pods weren’t provided. Only two toilet rolls provided for a week. The bins smelt around the entrance gates. We didn’t use all the facilities so I don’t know for sure if they all work fine but have no reason to suspect they don’t.

Excellent location, could just park up and get the bus into town. Very clean and felt welcoming.

Loved this apartment, secure, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, nice bright living area.

Parking is very tight, we have a medium sized car, when all spaces are full there is little room for manoeuvre. Entrance to the building is not very pretty but apartment is perfect.
