Location, location, location! Property was clean and convenient to friends and activities, local restaurants, events. Easy to get to.
Some minor issues like a really super slow shower drain, that the host seemed motivated to rectify. I would definitely book the place again when I return.

Location was good, nice size rooms. All good facilities in the flat. First impressions the flat looked nice and clean. Very modern touches in the decor.
The mattress topper was covered in body fluids from other users, we only noticed this at the end of the holiday when we stripped the beds. The lift never worked for the first six days of our holiday, this was a nightmare when it came to getting our cases etc up to the room and I think charging us £70 to park for the week and we had to carry all our stuff up to the flat was not really fair and a good way to start the holiday. The shower does not drain away very well, needs some drain clear poured down to clean out the drainage pipe, if this is not done there will be a flooding issue in the shower tray, I bought a small bottle to put down though it will really need a big bottle to clean it right out.
