Potter's Escape-walking distance from The Studios!

The location was excellent and the apartment was comfortable and modern.

We wouldn’t change anything and would book again.

Apt was clean and well looked after

Very difficult to locate. Sent wrong code for the box. Had kids with me had to knock on a nearby house to ask for help. They rang the host for me it was dark and lashing rain. Host had given wrong code for lock box. Contacted the host no on booking to try order food somewhere no reply till following day.

We had lovely suggestion for breakfast by the owners which we used and it was lovely and only around the corner

Nothing the property had everything you could need and more. Clear instruction on how to use everything and it was spotless.the beds are so comfortable and such a quiet area

Everything was fantastic. The house was so clean, the beds comfy and the whole place modern and beautifully furnished. The owners were very friendly and so helpful and helped my husband book an Uber, too, as he was struggling to book one. Would highly recommend this house. We booked it as we were going to see Harry Potter Studios. It was so easy to reach the studios. There was a fantastic little restaurant just round the corner where they got a lovely meal and breakfast.

I could not access the property, received no assistance, and was denied a refund. I cannot recommend this experience to anyone.

Regrettably, due to unforeseen circumstances and the lack of assistance from the host, my family and I were left stranded outside the house we had booked. This forced us to urgently find alternative accommodation, incurring significant additional expenses. Despite seeking help from both the host and Booking.com support, we were met with unhelpful responses and a complete lack of accountability. Moreover, the fact that we did not receive a refund for the reservation adds affront to our experience. This ordeal has left us thoroughly dissatisfied, and I feel compelled to share this warning with others considering staying at your property.

Great location, comfortable beds, close to a delicious breakfast at Studio Kitchen. We plan to stay there again!
