"Lovely space and value for money"

We really liked the ensuite bathroom and the decor of the property, particularly the flooring and overhead fans. It felt like a lot of thought had been put into the design. We loved being able to prepare our meals on the stovetop and enjoy the garden space. We did not need the AC because the overhead fans were more than adequate and provided natural air circulation. The host was really helpful and responsive and we appreciated the easy communication. The location is really close to Escambron beach which is a lovely local beach and you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the coast into san juan old town (approx 25mins). We would definitely stay here again and think it was excellent value for money.

We didn't know where to leave the rubbish but we found an outside bin and one of the fans in the ensuite bedroom needs servicing - it did not spin as fast as the other fans.

We stayed for 6 days and it was very nice. The space is great and the next door beach and restaurants are good. The service was great too.
