The location was great. Except for the construction work going on across the street, it was a very quiet neighborhood.

The kitchen sink area was full of ants. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was horrible. It must have been a very old one with not padding whatsoever. This was the worst sleeping experience I’ve had at a rental property as far as mattresses go. :(

Location and view from the apartment were great. Good communication with the owner.

I maybe missed it in the description, but there was no AC! It is something major and generally expected in summer. Due to some construction nearby, we had no internet for a couple of days.

Our stay went well, everything was as described. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the old town. Very nice owner, Kristina helped us to get to Como, she organized a person to take us there and was very nice.

The only comment is that there is no air conditioning in the apartment, at night it was very hot and difficult to sleep, in addition, despite the fact that the apartment is located a piece from the old town, the street is very noisy, a lot of scooters drive.

The view and that it was quiet. The location was good. All major sights easily reachable

The welcome by the staff was unorganized and rude. I was contacted by WhatsApp only in the evening before arrival with the promise to receive check-in instructions. First I had to send a picture of my ID, which I did. No response. The next day I inquired about the missing instructions and was told that all IDs are needed. By that time everyone was traveling and not reachable anymore. We agreed on check-in in person to sort out the documents. The owner was very rude and pushy on arrival. A similar tone can be noted in rules hand out you will find in the apartment. The apartment was OK for a short stay, but certainly had flaws. We found used dental floss on the floor of the bedroom. The mattress were old and had metal springs that made a comfortable sleep pretty difficult. By themselves small flaws, but mostly I wouldn't recommend a stay there for the rudeness of the owner. It would have been an easy thing to send an email with a request for all documents a day or two in advance. This would have allowed proper preparation. A contact with zero information by WhatsApp seemed very dodgy.
