Très sale à notre arrivée Pas de clim il a fallu réclamer Pas d eau chaude il a fallu que des techniciens viennent Pas de volet dans une chambre il a fallu réclamer Le personnel de la villa n était pas sympathique et ne faisait aucun effort sur la langue

Als er een probleem ontstond in de villa, werd deze z.s.m verhopen door mijn contactpersoon.

Was nog niet helemaal schoon. Maar toen we dit hadden gemeld, stonden ze met 30 minuten om alles alsnog perfect op te leveren
