A Stylish Holiday Home in Malta's capital Valletta

Booked for and only facilities working for 2 and a refund promised but not forthcoming

The location is very close to the centre of Valletta, just 5 minutes walking. Cosy and beautiful place to stay

We loved the place, only suggestion to have a mattress and pillow protector for more hygiene reason

Great location. Steps away from a monastery and garden museum. Quiet enough to sleep in busy Valletta.

No sofa, or chairs. The only place to sit was at a kitchen table on hard uncomfortable stools. There are no doors to separate the toilets from the beds.

The Location is excellent and the apartment is nicely decorated, but....

but... Problems at the apartment 1. The Size is definitely NOT 100 sq m as they say – even if you count the entry level is not usable its only a foyer with the staircase and washing machine and utility cupboard. The total living area is no more than 50-60 sq m which comprises of 2 bedrooms with open plan toilets and one kitchen / dining area – there is no place to sit in the apartment. 2. The beds are cramped you can hardly reach your bed on one side is no bedside table even and the one with the side table has a light which switches form main board of the room. One bedroom has a sort of open hanging cupboard about 1 m wide the second had NOTHING, just a rod in the window. 3. The first 24 hours no one responded to our messages. 4. The internet did not work, and they did not send anyone to fix it they asked me to try 2 passwords both did not work – i had to reset and use the default myself. 5. Only 2 small cups were provided for 4 persons. 6. 2 verry small bottles of shower gel in each toilet and one small hand soap – for 5 days stay. 7. Only one set of towels for each person 8. One bedroom had only one single blanket the other had a double. 9. The rooms cannot be locked no latch or key. 10. There was an iron but no ironing facility (board) actually no space in the apartment to iron. 11. The microwave oven is not earthed, and I got an electric shock several times. 12. The cook top is placed wrongly next to the sink and the hood is not over the cook top in fact the electric switches are just behind the cook top which is dangerous. 13. The electric kettle was not working and there was no hair dryer. 14. Broken Toilet brush and more... They did not answer the phone I tried several times; on the second evening they replied and sent a few shower gels and a towel. The next day they sent the hair dryer and a new kettle and some more cups and blankets. its clear that the company Zzzing has not inspected the apartment properly. Find another apartment!!
