It was a lovely bungalow with a large enclosed garden - perfect for our little dog We only used the ground floor but there was a large room upstairs too Spent our evenings in the conservatory overlooking garden Ideal location and only a short walk from Douglas

Steep steps to garden at the back - needed to take care Non-slip mat for shower would be useful

It's in a good location for the purposes of our trip, close enough to shops etc. and the garden was great for our dog to be safely outside. We were lucky that the weather was good.

We found the twin bed mattresses very soft and uncomfortable. Having just one bathroom was tricky when all 6 of us stayed but once our party reduced to 3 that was manageable. The stairs up to the loft room are very steep and would be difficult for less able adults. Had the weather been wet we'd have struggled to have 6 adults comfortably in the house at all times.

-Nice and beautiful place infront of part and quiet neighbourhood. -Garden was very well maintained and big. -Location was good very close to amenities and attractions.

-First floor stairs are not fully safe as one of my friend slipped and the carpet is very slippery and steps are very small. -Duvets were small. -No instructions to adjust or turn on heating.

Location and size of the property is great. Off-road parking and large garden

There is an awful damp, musty smell to the property - especially from the rear bedroom. Maybe the property isn’t used for long periods of time and isn’t aired out. Washing machine is filthy, full of black mould around the rubber seal. Stairs to the loft bedroom are excessively steep, not sure how these can be legal. Drawer unit in front bedroom is very loose and drawer fronts fall off. Lounge can only accommodate 3 adults comfortably. Couldn’t use rear patio area to the right of the conservatory as the door handles are broken and fall off, the doors on the left aren’t much better and also require attention. Lawns to front and rear gardens hadn’t been cut, and wasn’t enough garden chairs. If I had seen the photos and read previous reviews beforehand, we wouldn’t have booked this property.

We had plenty of tea and coffee left at the property, kitchen was very clean and tidy. We arranged our own food. Shops are near by and we had the bonus of unexpected stock car racing tight on our door step for the Sunday afternoon. Brilliant experience. Paul the host was very friendly, excellent communication, and very kindly let us use the garage at the property, to park our motorcycles over night at no extra cost. Thank you, IoM highly recommendable destination IMHO....

Location was great . Very dog friendly with well fenced garden . Plenty of space . It was a very quiet location with a grass park opposite and excellent restaurant a few hundred meters down the road in the park . Fish and chips also just down the road with a spar shop

There wasn’t anything to dislike . Maybe could have been made a bit more homely with rugs . Maybe little things like bath sheets instead of just bath towels ? Shower gel ?

Loved the property, very comfortable and clean.

The stairs up to the top floor, but we didn’t use that anyway.
