USI was spacious and light. The appliances are new. Good location for walking but excellent for access to metro. The owner was great with communicating with us and a resupply of items.
It is located on the ground floor across from a comedy club with a single access door. the 2 level kitchen is unique. The shower in the back bedroom makes a loud moaning when in use. The first bedroom could have privacy curtains added.

Not possible to look out of the window. Appartement was previously a restaurant so the floor plan is a bit off, no WiFi in the other half of the flat.
