I recently stayed at Cwmcarn Hotel & Bunkhouse and had a lovely experience. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything I needed was available. The location is great, especially for anyone wanting to explore the local area. I felt well looked after throughout my stay and would happily stay here again. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for good value accommodation and a warm welcome. I stayed at the Cwmcarn bunkhouse for two nights. Great location with a few good walks nearby - I went up Twmbarlwm, did the Raven's Walk up the other side and into Sirhowy Valley along the river, too. I loved staying here and joining for the Pwca festival held at Cwmcarn bunkhouse, I had a great time! Some weekends there's stuff on, other weekends are quieter. Anja and Vinny made my stay very comfortable :) I met some lovely people over the weekend and would recommend the Cwmcarn Bunkhouse.

Good location with friendly staff and good facilities in the communal area.

The three bedded bunk bed was a bit tight, a double would have been much more comfortable.
