We zijn hier in februari ook geweest en hebben toen een klacht ingediend over de vaatwasser ( een roestige bende ) . We waren er eind november nog steeds het zelfde ding . Ze hebben een monteur gestuurd, wat zei die niet meer te redden en dat was teveel laatste contact JAMMER DIT

The apartment was stunning and had everything we needed. The location and views were outstanding. The Balcony was huge and everything about the apartment was perfect.

Excellent location, good for New Town and Old Town.

The keys had to be collected from a reception desk located about 1.3km from the apartments. This was not explained anywhere on the booking website. The host asked for the keys to be returned to the same office on departure - this was stupid as our departure was at 7am, when the reception would not be open - so it was agreed that the keys could be left in the room. This was not a simple task, as the keys were needed to get out of the apartment block, so one stood at the open gate at the bottom, whilst the other went back to the 21st floor to leave the keys No balcony on the 21st floor, and windows more akin to a dungeon than a holiday apartment.

The location is fab - the security of the building and flat is very good - the cleanliness in the whole building is great - easy to collect and return keys - deposit paid back quickly - Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine all good

The hairdryer didn’t work, there was an arm missing off the sofa, the air on only seemed to work in one bedroom although there were 3 thermostats. Windows a tad drafty and handles broke on some. The blind was broke too. I reported all these issues during the stay but got no cons back. It didn’t ruin the holiday at all as they were minor issues just unfortunate. I hate noise and yes you can hear distance noise of the surrounding area but popped the ear plugs in and all was ok.

Exceptional apartment, 2 bedroom with separate lounge. 2 bathrooms. Couldn't be better located, straight on to the promenade. Brilliant view and a huge balcony.
