Très bien placé pas loin du métro et de nombreux commerces et restaurants, chambre propre et réceptionniste très gentil.

Il était un peu difficile de régler l'eau pour la douche.

靠近弘大地鐵站，交通非常方便！CP值非常高，房間空間不小，床也很大。浴室雖然比較小但是熱水充足，水壓也是強的。厨房功能完善，每一層樓都有小厨房非常的方便不用跑來跑去拿東西。辦入住之前及退房之後都可以寄物也很不錯，只是可能沒有很安全，因爲寄物的地方很多人會來來回回。房間地暖非常舒服，冬天去的時候很感動因爲很溫暖！有提供毛巾，甚至可以每日換洗。幾乎所有東西都是自助，I人非常友善，我從入住到退房都沒有和服務人員説到話

早上非常早的時候，大概4-5點會有倒垃圾或是施工的聲音，非常吵。房間算是衛生的，但連續三天有看到蟑螂，我覺得還是會有點害怕。

Die Lage ist super, um überall hin zu starten. Shopping, Essen, convenience stores alles fast direkt vor der Haustür. Die Möglichkeit zu kochen und Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank zu lagern. Einfaches Frühstück inklusive. Für den Budget-Reisenden absolut ausreichend.

Die Sauberkeit war zu wünschen übrig. Lag vielleicht auch größtenteils an den Gästen.

Really enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay! The location was perfect. Perfect for getting on transport and also close to many nice cafes and restaurants. Was very clean and we appreciated all the small touches e.g. access to clean towels whenever and toothpaste etc. Very good stay.

I liked the payment process and the detailed video sent on Whatsapp giving directions to the accommodation.

I asked for an extension early morning and was only given an answer midday.The owner replied later offering me a place at his other guesthouse.I also enquired about prices and was then told to find other accommodation.The owner sent a "good luck" which came across quite condescending in the end.I think it could have been dealt with a bit more professionalism.
