Beautiful setting, lovely staff, lovely chateaux and room. Had an excellent tour and tasting by Carole, a lovely glass of rosé in the courtyard, in the sunshine, then a beautiful meal in the restaurant. The pool looked amazing too!

Nothing really to dislike. Maybe just the shower wasn’t full height - a shower head to use in the bath. Only there 1 night so managed without. Not really a complaint, just an observation!

"Hotel para escapar a Burdeos en onda vintage"

El desayuno. Amabiilidad del personal, fueron muy serviciales y amables. Los alimentos de cena y desayuno superiores. Cerca de Saint Emilion que es un plus.

La calidad de los baños, y en general los acabados del hotel para el precio que pagamos. Al reservar por las fotos pensábamos que era un castillo enorme y la propiedad es más pequeña. Tiene encanto pero podrían mejorar la calidad de baños, muy anticuados y poco prácticos. No había accesorios de aseo boutique y las toallas también eran algo descuidadas. Sería maravilloso que invirtieran en darle un plus a la propiedad mejorando las habitaciones con ropa de cama, accesorios, iluminación de 5 estrellas.
