Hampshire Hotel - Ballito

The staff were very happy, helpful, accommodating and very friendly. The hotel was close to the mall, the beach and restaurants. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you need (kettle, coffee, fridge, microwave, blow dryer) and a big spacious bathroom.

The bathroom door didn’t close properly and the toilet didn’t flush very well.

I was moved to 3 different rooms during my stay. ,1st room was right opposite the event venue which I was not attending. So the knock on my door at 23:00 to shift me to another room where there were kids running on the corridors I was shift again the next as the TV was not working to the 3rd room. After that I gave up as the room also Netflix was not working

We loved our stay. The staff were very helpful, happy and accommodating. The pool was nice, rooms were spacious and clean. Food was good at the hotel. It is close to the mall, beaches and many restaurants. Your room has everything you need (fridge, kettle, coffee, blow dryer and microwave). Bathroom was spacious.

Our room safe wasn’t working, the door latch was broken.

Close to all amenities, clean and friendly staff. They have very comfortable beds.

I think they need to upgrade their televisions to smart TVs for personal connections. The floor I was in was so noisy that I had to call the management to sort out the problem. Luckily they did.
