Friendly staff and nice room

No elevator

they dont have an elevator it was very hard for me to go three levels of stairs

Javier and the staff were great at the front desk. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was good with a comfortable bed. An in-room fridge would be nice. Other than that, the location and hotel are best in the area unless you want to drive. Secure parking was a plus. Thanks for the great stay .

Did not have hot water for my shower at 8am.

We only had one day in Tonaloa

This hotel is amazing! I stumbled upon it because I was looking for a place which is close to the Central Bus station. But this place is so much more! The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The roof terrace is just amazing. The view is breathtaking! There are even sheltered chairs an tables if you want to enjoy the view a little longer! If you arrive with your rental vehicle there is space to park your car safely! There are a few restaurant and bakeries/cafes close by (walking distance!) and Tonala seems to be a nice town.

Next time I will bring more time to enjoy the hotel. And Tonala seems to be a bit famous for hand crafts and excellent pottery, so maybe worth a stop while being in the greater area of Guadalajara!

We arrived early , they were extremely hospitable and got us a room right away

Location was good, a short walk to the center/plaza. The staff is very friendly and provided good tips and advices. The room was big enough for our family of 4. And a great advantage is the parking garage on street level.

Noisy streets around unfortunately and the window panes are quite thin. But otherwise it's a great hotel.
