Our stay was nothing short of amazing the room looked just like the pictures and was very well Kept our host Rob was very kind and accommodating! If we had any questions he responded a timely manner. If you are looking for that home away from home feel this is the place to stay!! The beach being right across the street was just a plus

Everything was very clean and nice. Very quiet location and right across the street from the beach. The view from the balcony is excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

The parking situation is tight. This isn't a big deal, you just have to be careful. Also if you have a truck, don't even try the parking deck. Use the oversized parking lot right outside of the parking deck.

Loved the location of this condo, it’s between north and south MB. Quiet area. Great for walking morning and night, felt very safe. Enjoyed the living room and balcony view of the ocean.

The building itself is a bit older. The parking is a nightmare if you need to use the ramp garage and have a suv. The oversized suv lot was only partially available due to roof renovations and rarely is there parking on beach place. If you have a car the garage is no problem at all.

Quiet location w an ocean view and beach access. owner provides good quality daily household stuffs for comfortable short-period stay.

Space in the park garage is tough, but owner also provides the pass for street parking.
