Laura is a great host. She was the best host we had while traveling in Italy. She was very accommodating and always available to answer any questions. Apartment did not have a microwave but when we asked for it, she brought one within a short time. She was just a text message away from answering our questions or to provide any assistance we needed. The apartment was very clean and well organized. It is somewhat away from the Florence city center but just a few minutes’ walk from the tram station. The bathroom is big and had all the amenities travelers need. The bedroom is large with a comfortable bed. There is a washer and we made use of it as well.

If she could keep a Microwave oven in the apartment it would help most of the travelers.

Laura was awesome! Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. My family lives in Scandicci and the apartment was a 5 minute walk from them, but if you want to go to the center of Florence (20 min ride) the train stop is only 2 min walk from this apartment which is super convenient.

Amazing host, amazing apartment! Very clean, there is everything you might ever need! We received cookies and croissants with nutella and jam, also water, milk, coffee, amazing! It’s the best apartment we have ever rented! Also, amazing location! Would recommend to others and if we ever travel back we will definitely book again! Thank you so much <3

Absolutely everything. Laura is a lovely host, and as previously mentioned in other reviews, has left a few treats. She has thought of everything you could possibly need in this apartment. So close to tram which gets you in to city centre in under 30 minutes. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay here again, and I don't say that often.

Very hospitable and welcoming host who met us on time andeven left treats for us. Very well set out apartment including very good kitchen facilities. Place was very clean and well presented. Definately value for money. Location was good as close to bus station and tram stop to the centre of town. Host maintained contact throughout ensuring we had what we required.

Everything was great, the apartment is clean and in a great location. The hostess is very friendly and always in touch. Would recommend!

Very comfortable place, with air conditioning and clean. Also great convenient to the city centre. Only 3 mins walk to the station! The host is also very friendly!
