The Piazza 1 Bedroom spacious apartment with Study

Nothing at all, wanted to cancel and was Ghosted by the managing company as Booking.com customer service could not get hold or a reply out of them.

The walls, light fixtures and stove top was dirty. You literally getting the complete opposite of what was advertised. We were held hostage by the managing company as they let me know on the day of check in that there is an issue with the water pressure of the shower, so you basically cannot cancel and it’s out the window of cancellation. The toilet seat is worn out, you can cut your genitalia, we only used the place to sleep and wash, used families restrooms rather.

Very spacious and quiet. Great for self catering with good amenities. I highly recommend this place😁

The power outage with no communication and the shower tap having temperature challenges but it was manageable

Everything was the same as the images. The staff at the front desk were amazing and leading up to my stay Friederike was amazing communicating everything

The check in was easy and simple . Communication between the Host and I was exceptional . The apartment was everything and more then I expected.
