Very great communication with the owners. The villa is also huge and we were very happy to find out about the game room. Would highly recommend for large groups of friends or multiple families.

There were a few showers that leaked a lot and some lights weren't installed or didn't work. But apart from that, everything was as expected or better.

La casa es estupenda, la amplitud de las estancias . La ubicación. Las camas. Wifi.

Debiera haber una persona que reciba a los huéspedes y enseñe el alojamiento y sus contenidos, y así poder transmitir directamente aquellas deficiencias que sobre la marcha aparecen y las posteriores para su comunicación. Los baños presentan deficiencias en grifería y un jacuzzi inoperativo deteriorado ineficiente. De tres baños solo queda uno en óptimas condiciones para el baño. Un baño con luz escasa. Hay objetos deteriorados como el tendedero, una barbacoa mugrienta, hay una nevera, en el cuarto del depósito, mugrienta. Terraza con asientos sucios. La vitrocerámica sucia grasienta. Son detalles que hacen que la estancia sea más confortable o menos, y que debiera cuidar el anfitrión.

שרות גרוע מאוד. הגענו בשעה 18:00 בערב אחרי נסיעה ארוכה עם הילדים קיבלנו דירה מלוכלכת מהדיירים הקודמים. נאלצנו לחכות ברחוב כ 3 שעות עם הילדים עד שינקו את הבית. בנוסף הג'קוזי בחדר הורים לא היה תקין והציף במים את כל החדר. שרות גרוע של אנשים שלא צריכים להתעסק באירוח. מהרגע שהם קיבלו את התשלום הפסיקו לתת שרות. לא ממליץ בכלל

We had an amazing stay at this house in Lagos! Perfect for families, the property is spacious and well-maintained, offering everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and the town center, which made exploring Lagos so convenient. The outdoor BBQ area was a highlight for us, perfect for enjoying meals together in the evenings. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be coming back! This should give future guests a clear idea of what to expect!

La posizione, casa molto spaziosa e bella, cucina attrezzata, presenza di alcuni detersivi e alimenti base a disposizione.

Una porta finestra era bloccata e non si poteva aprire, non c'erano l'asse e il ferro da stiro dichiarati invece su Booking. Qualche difficoltà nel funzionamento della vasca idromassaggio.

Location was great. Walking distance to local beach.

Upon arrival to facility at check-in with property manager Paulo. We found moldy bread in kitchen. There was a broken washing machine in center of kitchen. A new washing machine was also still in box in center of kitchen not connected. Paulo apologized and had a service person come to fix issue. So we had service people in house for the first 2 hours of our vacation. The outside grill was also not working. Paulo as well as my husband followed directions to light the grill without success. The inside kitchen oven was broken, the kitchen toaster was broken and all the shower heads on the 2nd floor bathrooms were leaking causing water to shoot in all directions. The driveway gate was broken which did not allow us to use the property parking area so we had to park on streets. The most concerning issue was the door that was taken off hinges and leaned on kitchen counter when we walked in kitchen on arrival and the door fell on the ground and almost hit my 80 year old father. Overall very disappointing. The owner/manager of this property has not taken pride in caring for this property but continue to rent this property at top price with subpar condition. We also found that communication was great before arrival and on first day of stay because Paulo saw our disappointment. However upon us asking for some type of refund or discount the communication became silent. I would not recommend this property at this time to anyone unless repairs are made.

Amazing location very close to the beach (5min walk) and also to the city centre. Facilities were great with a lots of space, and the beds are large with great mattresses. The industrial grill allows for amazing cooking in the barbecue area which is really nice especially for large groups. Definitely recommend!
