Nothing like the pictures

I booked in booking.com , I confirmed for 2days , but once reaches at 8pm to hotel, booked rooms given someone else , but he has gave me very small room , which was horrible to adjust 4 in 10x10, very next day vacated the room , for family pls don’t try this place

First of all,space was not enough for 4 people though they mentioned it is for 4 Adults second ,washroom was not cleaned,They didn’t put even hand wash ,dustbin in the washroom earlier and when we asked they provided very late night also there was no drinking water (it was tap water which u cannot drink).Parking was also not that much . dinner was not there so we brought it from outside and when we asked for the plates they provided oily smelly used utensils seriously the service was pathetic . 2nd day we were expecting breakfast at 8 and they kept telling us from 8 it is coming however it came at 9:45 and again the plates was not that good .. if we are paying this much then we need service ..staffs were not at all cooperative and highly not suggested this place to anyone
