Nice, clean, self contained appartment. Good size for a couple with plenty of storage space. Parking available and a handy bus stop into the city centre opposite.

"A perfect studio for a couple wanting to explore Brighton and the area"

Absolutely perfect for a couple as we were seeing friends and this was in a lovely, quiet area. Rosie is so warm & welcoming and the studio had everything we needed including parking (free) a hairdryer, iron & ironing board and great kitchen

"Very comfortable"

Very clean. The landlord is very nice and helpful. Fast wifi connection. Smart TV.

No oven and laundry machine, but this is not big concern if it’s a short stay.

Well presented & comfortable and in a quiet suburban location ground floor studio. With approximately 15 minutes by car into central Brighton. Excellent communication from the owner throughout the whole booking process.

"A decent place to stay with easy access"

This is a self contained ground floor annexe style conversion to an already existing home.... so was given a key to come and go as I pleased. Inside - the furnishings are to a higher than average standard. There's a modern kitchenette that is well stocked with everything you'd need for a longer stay. The bed was comfy and I only needed a place to rest my head for the night and shower in the morning....but the room could occupy 2x easily.

The area outside is ok and looks to be slightly better than the surrounding areas...which are quite rough - lots of old vehicles not moved for years just parked on streets. Inside - there were hairs on the tiled floor - but the land lady does have long dark hair.... so maybe difficult to not lose some. Because you're occupying underneath a house with a family - any noise or movement upstairs or adjacent is loud.
