Incredible apartment in an amazing location. Hosts were great and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. Even accommodated an early check in which was very helpful!

Very good location

I've never left a negative review before. The apartment was very cold while we stayed there in November. We spent our time in the apartment in our jackets or sitting in the kitchen to keep warm. Heating was turned on once on the 3rd morning of 5 presumably to prevent the apartment from getting damp. We had a 1 and 4 year old with us, it was not acceptable to keep the heating off. If you are travelling by car, this apartment is not for you. They recommend a parking garage which cost 150 euro for 5 days, which is 400m away. As we had a lot of baggage due to the kids, I asked where I could park to unload - they replied the only place was the parking garage 400m away as the street was pedestrian, with a crying laughing emoji. This turned out to be untrue as you can just park on the next street.

There 6 adults in our party and we all found the aprtment very spacious and clean. All of us were impressed by the cleanliness and the available amenities. The location was very good within walking distance of all of Old Town.

The bedroom closes to the front door lacked ventalation so a fan had to be used in that room. There were 3 provided by the host but only one worked. There could have been more outlets in the kitchen, We could only plug one appliance in at a time.

Location great for exploring San Sebastian

A lot of street noise, even with windows closed.

The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was amazing, close to the shops and to the beach and the apartment felt very safe and secure.

There was only one small bin in the kitchen, and no spare rubbish bags. It would had been nice to have at least a small bin in each of the bathrooms and bedrooms considering we were a group of 6 girls and the bin in the kitchen filled up really quick.
