Unfortunately there nothing I can review to like as we were unable to access the property and the hosts are incapable of communicating checking details and help you access the apartment.

- Poor customer service to no communication at all - Can’t access the apartment - The hosts are rude - They refused to believe or give me a refund after being unable to access the apartment - The host is incapable of replying to message - Host didn’t give checkin details - Key pad is broken, however I’ve been accused of this being a lie.

The bed linens smelled terrible because they were probably not dried properly and were put under the couch. Couches, carpets, and pillows were also dirty and smelled badly. The mattress in the bedroom was thin, dirty as well, and it was impossible to sleep there. There was no hairdryer as was promised in the list of the facilities, and the bin in kitchen was not cleaned before our arrival. Host did not reply to my messages and calls.
