Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa per una settimana e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è davvero ideale: in soli due minuti a piedi si raggiunge il mare, mentre dalla terrazza si può godere di una vista meravigliosa che rende ogni momento speciale, dall’alba al tramonto. Uno degli aspetti che abbiamo apprezzato di più è stata la piscina privata, che ci ha permesso di trascorrere momenti di puro relax in totale tranquillità, alternando piacevoli bagni al mare a giornate dedicate al riposo con un panorama davvero incantevole. La villa è accogliente, confortevole e situata in una zona tranquilla, perfetta per staccare dalla routine quotidiana. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia degli ambienti e l’attenzione riservata agli ospiti. È stata la scelta perfetta per la nostra vacanza in Grecia e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Consigliamo questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno all’insegna del relax, del mare e di panorami indimenticabili. Speriamo di poter tornare presto!

5 star - the villa, the vista, the pool, the landscaping absolutely amazing! Luxurious interior, well equipped and maintained. Excellent quiet location with supermarkets, tavernas and beach on your doorstep, what more could you want? you will not be disappointed! After travelling all day the welcome gifts were a great touch and much appreciated. Dora and her lovely family were discreet so our holiday was very relaxing and undisturbed but were always available, attentive and informative, nothing too much trouble if needed. Exceptional hosts!!

Nothing all exceeded my expectations

We really liked the modern contemporary stone architecture of this villa. The rugged charm of stone combined with modern furnishings, minimalism, and natural materials made it very clean, crisp and neutral.

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Tolle Aussicht. Schön eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. Geheizter Infinity-Pool. Sehr aufmerksame Gastgeber. Strand, Shops und Restaurants in Gehdistanz.

Bad eher klein. Essen für 4 Personen nur auf der Terrasse möglich, das heisst bei kaltem Wetter muss man auswärts gehen.

Beautiful property with lovely views over the bay. The villas are so comfortable and beautifully furnished. The pool area is just wow…the pictures don’t do it justice, you have to pinch yourself every morning when you see it. Dora, the owner is a very kind person and very responsive.

Basic cooking essentials like olive oil, salt etc would be great.

Great response and communication with the hosts and they met us on arrival and helped us settle in and were really helpful throughout our whole stay. Beautifully equipped and furnished - pure luxury down to the luxury brand toiletries, the comfiest pool loungers and nice touches with slippers and robes provided too.

This is the nicest villa we have stayed in, in 10+ years of villa holidays. Dora is so very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location has good points and not so good points but the positives were that it’s right next to a supermarket with lovely fresh baked bread and all other holiday essentials. It’s very close to the beach including boat hire or water taxis to Porto Timoni. The pool is a good size and the kids loved the inflatables already there. There are lots of bars/restaurants to choose from, all within a short walk.

I don’t have a bad word to say about the property itself which was pristine throughout. However, it’s worth mentioning that the villa is on a main road in/out of the town and beach. At peak times the cars and mopeds constantly going past and revving loudly got annoying. If you have young children then this may be a consideration as there are no gates to the main entrance which opens straight into the road with no pavement and into the path of traffic. The resort of Agios Georgios is not as pristine as the villa, with the same busy road dominating the seafront. Cars park along the road for the beach so it is chaotic during the day and you have to be very alert walking along it. There are good restaurants and bad ones - we ate at San George a lot. The really nice restaurants are in Afionas - we went to Anafoufou and Luuma which were both incredible for food and the views.

Bereits die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft, wie auch während unseres Aufenthalts, lief reibungslos und war stets sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage ist 1A, toller Blick, alles fussläufig ( Tavernen, Strand, Supermarkt) erreichbar. Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll, hochwertig und abgestimmt. Dora und Family stand/en bei Fragen stets zur Verfügung.

Ein paar Haken mehr zum Hängen von Kleidung & Handtüchern wäre schön. Wir, die gerne kochen, hätten uns ein wenig mehr Küchenausstattung gewünscht. Tipp: ein großer Spiegel wäre schön, zudem vielleicht ein Handbesen, falls man Krümel entsorgen möchte. Wir persönlich empfanden das Deckenlicht innen wie auf der Terrasse zu grell. Nicht weiter schlimm, muss ja nicht eingeschaltet sein .
