The property was perfect, it provided everything we needed.

The only thing we could fault was that the bedrooms on the middle floor got light very early so a recommendation for some thicker curtains and a little blind on the small window in the master bedroom at the top would of been great.

A very pleasant house with great views.

The showers over the bath could be slippery to get out of, maybe rubber mats would help. Also owners may need to check the amount of cutlery. There was plenty of knives, forks and soup/desert spoons but only 4 teaspoons.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at St. Joseph. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we could have hoped for, making it feel like a real home away from home. Waking up to those gorgeous sea views from the kitchen, guest room, and main bedroom was a dream; definitely one of the highlights of our holiday! Ventnor itself is a gem, a perfect spot on the island for exploring or simply relaxing. We’d happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a special place to unwind.

The property includes a private parking space, which was very handy, though if you have more than one car, you may need to plan ahead as parking in the area is quite limited.

Great location and a nice clean property. The property management staff are really helpful and accommodating. The kitchen has all the stuff one would required including tea/coffee/sugar, cleaning pods etc. We were also provided with a bottle of wine and some snacks was a very kind gesture. We would visit again.

The property could do with an upgrade of shower facilities and removal of faulty dining chairs. Apart from this we have a great time.
