Great location and beautiful little loft

Unfortunately the beds were rather uncomfortable. The main double bed you could feel the springs in the mattress and the pull out couch was hard. It could do with a mattress topper or something. Didn’t sleep very well. There is also a sensor light on the opposite apartment that went on and off all night long which was not pleasant. I understand why sensor lights are needed. But when it’s windy the plant below must activate it.

The instructions were very clear on how to get to the flat. The linen was clean.

The mattress on the bed was like sleeping on the floor and the soft pillows did not help. Needs to be replaced or consider a very luxurious mattress topper. The booking was for 3 people, the 3rd person was a fully grown teenager who had to sleep on a short sofa. This was not a sofa bed, it was also hard as the floor. We left here tired and grumpy, not a very relaxing part of the holiday.

The apartment is very close to the beach, the train station and city center.

We got bed bugs bites all over our body!!!!! ( see picture I posted for the room). We decided to go to a doctor when we came home from our holidays because there was obviously no doctor in 5terre and we didn’t have time to go in Pisa before our flight. The doctor confirmed that they were bed bugs bites and we contacted the host and she replied she was sorry in a very short message. We then tried to say to her that we were very concerned about coming home with said bed bugs because they’re a nightmare to get rid off and she never answered but read the message. We paid 1100€ for 4 nights and this is absolutely a shame. We also put some of our clothes to dry on the rack and it got all rusty and ruined some of our clothes with rust stains that we haven’t been able to get rid off. The dishwasher didn’t work and the coffee machine either…

Clean, spacious ' tv works,location is just right, not too far and not too close. Instruction is clear

Need some place in the bathroom to hang tower clothes Need more plugs so both refrigerator and microwave can be plugged at all time. It will be safer to have railing on the stairs.

One of the best loation in Riomaggiore. Only 1 to 2 minutes to the stunning view of the port. Cost effectiveness is also amazing. The owner is very supportive and always respond quickly. We tried 3 recommended restaurants, and all were very good.

Better to hide cleaning facilities from guests. Kitchen was well equipped but paper towel or duster would be needed. All are minor though.
