USGreat location right downtown in Franz Josef, it was very easy to get to food, trails, and the wildlife center. Access was simple and the house was very comfortable with a full kitchen and two bedrooms. Perfect for a one night stay on our road trip.
A couple of minor things- not enough to make it not a 10, but to be aware of. The shower head only would stay in place in one position and the water pressure wasn't as strong as other places in New Zealand which combined with the open/European shower arrangement made it a little difficult to get/keep warm (I should have used the heater), and the nightstands in one of the bedrooms were metal which made noise when anyone was setting things down or picking things up.

I was a little nervous of bathroom floor ie. slipping over because I’m not steady on feet due to illness and we could have done with an extra tea towel. Maybe a night light in the bathroom?
