Charming Room in Villa with pool, Gozo-TripInnGozo

The room was very cold, mattress felt damp we had to buy hot water bottles to keep warm worse was the breakfast 24 euros to use their bread ( toaster only worked one side) we used our butter also cheese and milk so for loaf bread it cost 24 euros last straw was that there washing machine didn't work if we were not leave today we would have left anyway.......someone needs to tell them a single duvet is for a single bed we weren't amused sleeping with beasties. They nice couple but not great as landlords. Would we go back..........HELL NO

Is very clean and very nice people

Fabiano is flexible, helpful and kind. He allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in time. He gave us a large bottle of water and offered to help us. He also gave us an extra blanket when he found out the AC’s heating function wasn’t working.

We chose the room reading the reviews carefully on the app, however it seems the reviews were not helping us with facts. i’m writing this to be helpful for the people who will hopefully chose this room and provide Fabiano feedback for improvement of the service. Here are some details: There was no information about the facilities ie. internet , AC, shower. Internet connection was not working so we told Fabiano and he had to work on it. AC took 2 hours to heat the room, when we asked Fabiano he didn’t exactly know what the problem was so we had to find a way with the AC remote but meanwhile Fabiano provided us with extra blanket but it was not so clean. My husband showered for 5 minutes at night and in the morning there was not even luke warm water to refresh, Fabiano did not warn us about the capacity of warm water in advance, instead we were offered to use another shower in the house which unfortunately didn’t have warm water either. The room that we were in, didn’t have a window to get fresh air as the room was damp without air flow or much natural light.
