it was in a good location for some as in the centre but it is above the bars and on the Main Street so if you struggle to sleep this isn’t the place for you

The apartment was badly appointed no curtains that actually covered the windows they were falling off if I was the owner I would be ashamed I assume the management company is failing them. The kitchen has 2 mismatched cups and mismatched glasses for a 2 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed in it ! The dishwasher was broken and smelly and it wasn’t the cleanest apartment I have been in. The sheets were tatty and grey not well washed and cared for at all. They had a broken fan which was used as it was so noisy we had to block the noise with that. No instructions or information was left on property. Most importantly no fire instructions so booking com you need to get this sorted before there is a problem is a 4th floor apartment !! Dangerous. The management team were useless went to check in it wasn’t ready which was ok the they sent a message at 2.45 to say they would be out for a few hours check in was supposed to be 3 !! Had to wait till 4.40 to get into apartment they were annoyed as I insisted we wanted the key spoilt their lunch ! Also I was nearly scammed on the messages sent from the apartment before we came trying to get money off our card at the time they said they were hacked …. No apology when we arrived. They don’t leave anything either in apartment not even a bottle of water so make sure you go fully prepared for a non serviced apartment. Fall well below a 4 star in my view I never complain this is a first for me ! If I was the owner I would seriously look at changing your management company or look at the staff in the office and get it sorted !!

Very nice apartment, very spacious and elegant ! Everything was clean, the instructions were clear and easy. The agency is very available and accommodating. We even extended our stay because the city is beautiful and the apartment really nice and comfortable. The location is ideal. I recommend without hesitation !

Accurate photos, beautiful apartment, great location. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful. You can leave your luggage at the main office where you will need to get your key, this was a huge help. Washer/dryer was great.

The bathroom needs a garbage bin. That was literally the only improvement needed. Also, Google Maps provides the wrong location. It would be helpful to have a small map with a picture of the door for guests when they pick up the key. (Delivery app drivers made the same mistake too).
