Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter 😀! Mr. Dung von der Rezeption hat mir tolle Touren organisiert! Ich hatte starke Rückenschmerzen, Mr. Dung brachte mich ins Hospital und hat für mich übersetzt! Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend! Die 3 Ladys meinten es so gut mit mir 🥰. Sie sind so fröhlich und freuen sich, wenn man mit ihnen Spaß macht 🙌! Ich habe mich mit der Crew bestens verstanden, sie waren alle so herzlich nett 😅! Nochmals ein großes Dankeschön

Le formidable accueil, les sourires du personnel, l'emplacement vraiment à proximité de la vieille ville, la chambre au 4 ème avec balcon avec vue rivière, les petits déjeuners le matin. La douche panoramique est fabuleuse, la literie très confortable.

Le bruit de l'ascenseur et quelques avions de temps en temps mais cela reste mineur.

Fantastic location. Quiet but close to old town. Nice rooms with balcony.

Breakfast wasn't great. There was a pool but it wasn't as attractive as on the photos and could be decorated better and made more enticing. But great value stay.

For me the bed was a little hard but my husband thought it was fine

Lovely little hotel just a tiny bit away from the hustle and bustle, but a very short walk to all the things you need in Hoi Ann. Clean and just what you need.

The main man who runs the hotel is lovely and speaks very good English, but when we left, the ladies who we had to pay our bill with struggled to process it. But they were all lovely, just a suggestion to maybe upskill other people to be able to process things if the main person isn't there :)

The staff was amazing, my room was clean and cosy and the location is great!

The staff is very nice and helpful. The surronding area is peaceful. They offer some variety for the breakfast. The old town of the city is max 10min away by walk. We enjoyed our stay a lot and can recommend it to other travelers.
