Great location - about a 15-minute walk to Hoi An Old Town. Breakfast was included and decent; the selection wasn’t very large, but overall it was good. There was one detail though — you had to sign up at the reception in advance for breakfast the next day (room number, number of dishes, and what exactly you plan to eat). No one informed us about this, we only found out by chance after asking, so luckily we managed to sign up. Not sure if we would have gotten breakfast at all if we hadn’t registered.

I was very pleased with the accomodation provided.Nice decent sized room with a good outlook.Very clean I had my room tidied every day Pleasant helpful staff.Location about a 15 minutes stroll from the Old Town with plenty of nearer amenities.Recommended!

Not a lot to dislike to be honest.
