The house keeping in the day periods is so careless besides the front desk staff is Carless as well

Everything. Housekeeping stole $800AUD out of my bag while I was downstairs by the pool. Booked a mountain view, but there's no view or window. In the room. There's no smart TV in the room or kitchen or water or fridge Theres no towels There's no power points No cameras in the lobby Housekeeper came in to clean but instead stole my cash and didn't even bother to clean the room.

Very racism staff and they are not helpful

The facility was nice but staff needs to be trained on how to deal with customers
