"Great location"

The location is amazing. Just in the middle of Marbella old Town and walking distance to the beach. Traveling with kids this was really good.

There were several things I didn't like it, but I guess it's just preference: - No wifi (it was in the description but the owner told me when I asked for the password that it was a mistake from booking. She doesn't offer Wi-Fi) - No air conditioning (it was my fault because it doesn't mention on the booking that the apartment has it). It has fans in every room. - It's a home not a STR. I guess this is just a preference, but for me traveling with kids I don't like to stay in someone else's house because I'm afraid that something will break because it has more stuff than a regular STR business. - Since the location is great, there is noise at night. After 11:30 pm it's quiet because the restaurants are closing.

"Gem in Marbella old town"

Great location in old town. Host and Raquel were great and very helpful. Flat is on the 4th floor with no lifts but we were ok with this. Flat well decorated, bathrooms tad dated but very clean and had modern showers. There is a/c & heating but this covers the main living room area and one bedroom with double bed. Host left us with water bottles & fruit Juices which was much appreciated.

Nothing really.
