For Students Only - Sheffield 3 in Sheffield

So sorry to say this but it was an absolute Shambles. Sad because. It is an amazing idea to utilise the rooms / bedsit, but there has to be a standard & a paid person on arrival instead of leaving it to security ( who were all Novices first day ?????? )

J’ai eu une suite alors que je ne m’y attendais pas forcement. Un grand lit 2 places avec tout les équipements ( frigo, micro ondes…) Le personnel est super sympa et accueillant

Seuls défauts : pas de climatisation et problème d’évacuation de l’eau de la douche

Lift sropped working a day before i left so had to drag my heavy suitcase down the stairs

2 of the reception staff were friendly and really helpful (one wasn't and gave us vague directions to our room). Biscuits and coffee provided. Location fairly close to city centre.

Our key fob didn't work when we got to our room, which was quite difficult to find. There was rubbish, broken glass and cigarette butts everywhere in the outside areas. We went to reception about our key and no one was there (that was fair enough because there was a situation they were dealing with). Called the number provided and told him we were in reception, yet he decided to call the reception anyway (we were tempted to pick up the ringing phone while we were on hold). Reception lady came back and her and another lady were very helpful and the door was fixed. Corridor stank of something food related. Room was heavily stained, damp damaged in areas, blue tac all over the wall and tape marks everywhere. Bed was basic with a weird stain on the wall above where the pillows were. A stain that could be blood, could be red wine next to the bed. A burn mark on the notice board. Not fit for staying in for anything over £30 a night (being generous) and we paid £80 a night.
