Good location.Owner very friendly

Dog next door constantly barking.Wall not sound proof, constantly could hear the dog. Complained on the first day, but still barked every day. Shower leaked, every time we had to clean bathroom and laundry floor

Location is fine, it is walk able distance from the city and most of the attractions. The owner is responsive, but we never met him in person it was always via whatsapp, he informed us that he took actions but none of the actions changed the comfort level.

Biggest issue with this place is the bathroom, badly and strange design. No hot water in the bathroom, it was cold when we stayed, and we had to take cold showers every day (even after reporting it on the first day). This was annoying!!!! Shower is to small and water is clogging all the time and then there is water flowing in the bathroom. Very unpleasant!!!! Towels they provide seems like have been used for last 20 years and never changed. They seems to use all old and used things for the guest. In addition bed was very uncomfortable, it seem like it is sofa cum bed. Therefore I would not recommend the place if your are looking for clean and comfortable apartment close to the city.

The manager and the owner of the property were very helpful and available to assist at any time. The location was excellent. Just a short walk to the seafront, restaurants and main shopping area. Also only a 10 minute walk to the train station.

Car parking was a long way. Some basic items missing from the kitchen. Hot water not consistent for showering.

Location was super. Very central and close and short walk to everything we needed or wanted. Beach was a 10 mini walk. 20 mini to the marina for the ferries and just a 5 mini walk from walking street. 5 mini walk from train station. The appartment was clean and had everything we needed with double bed and small bed. The appartment is very big and is better then the pictures show. Kitchen with everything for cooking. Washing machine and clotheshang outside. The owner was friendly and helpfull with tips for things to look and where to eat. We was unlucky to get a electric breakdown in the street on the last day and he called the commune and kept us updated on progress to get it fixed. Even provided ice cream for us wich he called the best icecream in Salerno and we can verify. All in all a super stay and we will be looking for this appartment for our next holiday in Salerno.

Incredible experience! The hosts were friendly from minute 1, the room was clean, spacious and tidy. The house had many comforts and facilities. The place is excellently located to get to know Salerno entirely and even to move to another neighboring city and explore it. I really enjoyed my stay in that place and when I have the opportunity to return to Salerno I will not think twice and stay there again
