- nicht sauber, u.a. viele Haare im Bad, nicht gut abgewaschenes Geschirr - Abgeschlossene Zimmer, komisches Gefühl - nur Schlafsofa, sehr unbequem (Achtung bei Zimmer-Wahl!)

The accommodation was great, very clean, and well equipped We stayed for Christmas day, and loved the little touches to make it feel like a home from home

Parking! The street narrow, with a lot of cars, so not a lot of parking spaces, nothing the home owner can do about it, but loading and unloading the car with a lot of items could have been easier if there was better parking. Again, nobody's fault. Still had a fantastic stay

Double bed was too low and too soft… needs replacing

The attention to detail. The Welcome basket and the Rydal Home folder with relevant information for places to eat, travelling. The beds were comfortable. We slept well. The indoor and outdoor space was just right for us. The back courtyard receives the sun all day round. Outside table and chairs to soak in the rays. Fortunately, due to a change in our plans Rydal were able to accommodate us for another night. Impeccable customer service, responsive and overall the best property management we've had nationally. Highly recommend!

Perhaps a little WD40 on the lock box otherwise, your home became our home away from home.

Easy to find and host was very helpful

Nothing the staff accused me of being a sex worker the house was monitored by cameras which is fine I had my brothers to visit me and was asked for my clients to leave and being called an escort shocking rude and that house wasn’t up to scratch one key no back door key for fire hazards believe me she’s rude watching how much water your using and no milk nothing on the photo says all inclusive o wouldn’t use the sponge to clean the work tops let’ alone stay

The terraced house was fitted out nicely. Bathroom was really good.

When booking, we seen the review score hence why we booked it. However after being in the place, we checked again and wish we had actually read the review as they were spot on for what we experienced. It seems tgere are several reviews with no comments but an exceptional score so think something is amiss there. So when booking, said there may be a charge for a pet. we had a small cockapoo and I don't mind paying if I know about the fee up front, only after a non-refundable booking did we get told it was £25 for a pet. Now I'm not sure why as the place should be cleaned the same regardless of whether a pet had stayed or not. But I do understand it may take longer to clean so fair enough. Problem was that tge couch had white dog hairs all over it and the carpets were covered in them. Our dog has shirt black curly hair and doesn't malt. The garden had no grass (dog owners will understand) and there were cigarette butt's all over it. We don't smoke! There was no freezer so couldn't keep ice. The TV was tiny, not seen one that small in a long time. Not good at all. The couch is very uncomfortable and so are the dining room chairs. Parking was just on the street, thankfully had no issues. Area is not great and not really near anything, although the train station isn't far if needed. Bed was very soft and not that comfortable but that comes down to preference. Neighbours on one side were noisy, no one in the other side.
