Amos Portside Inn El Nido

Location was good as it was walking distance to restaurants, shops and the port to catch the ferry to coron. The staff, particularly the female staff, were very pleasant and helpful. The shower head came off the wall and someone came to fix it immediately. The rooftop was a nice spot to sit and relax at night. Hot water and pressure was not too bad. Wifi worked fine during our stay.

There is some construction next door but that’s not the hotel’s fault. We didn’t mind it but the noise may bother other guests. The size of the bedroom was sufficient but the toilet/bathroom was so small. You have to sit on the side to use the toilet because there’s hardly any room between the wall and the toilet. Everything gets very wet when taking a shower.

it’s off the side of the main shops.. which was perfect.. literally less than 5 mins walk to shop beach front.. very quite area with hassle bustle of el nido but near enough to enjoy the night life. Port Military near by felt very safe. Rooms a musty and have slight mold but not a big issue - daily price - perfect just to sleep and head out all day. they gave a roof top - absolutely perfect to enjoy the out doors relaxing after a day of outings free communal coffee and tea unfortunately breakfast was not always available but considering everything is walking distance no big deal.

The location was nice and very central. The staff was nice and helpful when asked.

The hotel is in very bad condition. No water pressure. No linen cover on the bed, only a blanket that we were not sure was clean. Small bathroom with old pipes and mold everywhere. Water gets everywhere. The walls are very thin. You can hear everything from the hallways. Some guests kept us awake at night by talking loudly. Dog barking outside throughout the night. Room does not get cleaned if you don’t ask for it.

Was okay stay, basic room with beautiful wall painting. Staff was nice and welcoming.
