GBLovely flat with 3 bathrooms, including two en-suites. The beds were super comfy and bedrooms were quiet. The hosts were very responsive and answered all my messages and questions very quickly. Location was very good, not too far from the centre of Madrid and very close to the metro and bus routes.
Although there was a TV, no TV service was provided so it was a little disappointing as I didn't see this mentioned in the description. It would have been helpful to have a guide to know how to use the equipment as it wasn't always obvious. We also found that the extractor fans in the en-suite bathrooms didn't work so the bathrooms got quite steamy when showering and one of the showers appeared to have a slight drainage issue.

Como negativo puedo decir que el acceso a las habitaciones es por las escaleras y que el sofá cama no es muy cómodo.
ESEl alojamiento cumplió todas nuestras expectativas, muy cómodo, limpio, fácil acceso. Los propietarios muy serios y serviciales, estuvieron pendientes en todo momento y nos dieron indicaciones muy claras para el acceso al alojamiento. Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí, si hay más ocasiones
