Die Lage ist für jede Aktivität perfekt. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle für Airport und Weihnachtsmanndorf keine 2min entfernt. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen. Sie hat alle unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Für kleine Familien auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Sehr nette und serviceorientierte Gastgeber.

Le confort du logement et toutes les commodités à côté! La cuisine très bien équipée ! Le sapin de Noël ! Le nécessaire de douche et bain très bien . Télé et internet top et bcp de rangement !

The apartment is conveniently located very near to a conference we came to Finland to attend. It is spacious, nicely decorated, and has everything we needed, including a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.

On the first two days we were here, there was loud drilling elsewhere in the building. This was so loud that we could not sleep. We had come from a time zone that is 9 hours different, so we really needed to gradually adjust our sleep schedule, and we could not do this with all the loud noise. If it were not for that noise, we would give the property a rating of 10/Excellent. The drilling stopped after those first two days, so we assume it will not happen in the future. Our host was very fair about this, and he gave us an extra night and a refund, to make up for those two first days.

This place restored my faith about apartment renting. Everything was top notch! Location was incredible right across a big playground in the center of everything, plenty of towels and storage, very clean and the owner Marko so friendly and accommodating. The kitchen has everything you need and more. It felt like home!

From our first communication to leaving the apartment we were very happy with everything. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in during our 4 month trip around UK and Europe. The owners obviously care about the apartment and their customers. It was beautifully and simply decorated and extremely clean. The design made it very easy to move in for a few days and be comfortable - lots of cupboards so you can tuck things away and keep the living space looking good. A very special touch having a lovely Christmas tree in the lounge waiting for us. The kitchen was great to use and lots of room to relax at dining room table or on the couch in the lounge. The bed was very cosy. All the appliances were in good working order, clean and easy to use. If you are looking for somewhere extra special to stay in Rovaneimi this is it!

We couldn't fault anything and wish we had planned to stay longer.

Si vous recherchez un établissement, proche de tout, avec un hôte très chaleureux, un appartement très bien équipé, propre, ne cherchez plus ! Excellent rapport qualité prix, proche des arrêts de bus, du centre ville, nous avons tout fait à pieds. Si un jour j’ai la chance de retourner à Rovaniemi je reprends ce logement sans hésiter. Merci !

Tout était parfait. Les équipements de l’appartement, notamment dans la cuisine. C’est très appréciable.
