Modern & Spacious Flat - Chania Center - Walk To Sea

My partner and I had a wonderful stay in Chania. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the area. We especially enjoyed having a well-equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook and enjoy meals together during our stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. After we checked out, my partner accidentally left her cardigan behind in the apartment, and the host went above and beyond by arranging to send it to Athens for us. We were truly grateful for this thoughtful gesture. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chania.

Location was perfect since we attended Hellenic Mediterranean University in the morning and then went for a stroll by the seaside to the restaurants in the evening. The apt was right in the centre and could walk to anywhere. Supermarkets along the way and very safe to walk even at night. The host was easy to communicate with and answered our queries promptly. Directions to obtain the key were clear and precise.

Location was great, spacious and well-stocked apartment that was very clean. Mosquito nets on all windows was very useful too.

Shower didn't have a full curtain so water did get messy after use and mattresses were a bit tired. Everything else was perfect!

We had an amazing time in the apartment, both us and the kids loved it. It had all the facilities and everything a family could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It's located on a busier street, yet it is fairly quiet and has nice views, as well as a huge balcony for relaxing. If you look to the left, you can see the snowy mountain peaks, and if you look to the right in the distance, you can see the sea! The city center is a 20-minute walk away, and there are buses to different parts of Chania almost right in front of the house. The host was very kind and helpful and replied to all my questions almost immediately. Highly recommended!

The kitchen and living room felt a little too dark at times as these areas don't get much natural light, especially when the weather was cloudy outside, and not all the lights were working. However, I'm sure this is actually a positive during the summer months, as it helps keep the apartment much cooler inside!

Le logement est parfaitement adapté pour 4 personnes et idéalement situé pour découvrir La Canée. L'appartement est bien équipé et confortable. Alex fait tout pour rendre le séjour agréable : il est prévenant et réactif.

Les chambres (équipées de double vitrage) donnent sur une rue passante.

Η περιοχή Μπολαρη είναι από τις πλέον αξιόλογες των Χανίων, Απέναντι από δύο υπέροχα παραδοσιακά κτίρια, το βράδυ σβήνεις τα φώτα στην κρεβατοκάμαρα, για να θαυμάσεις το λαμπερά φωτισμένο νεοκλασικό που στεγάζει φροντιστήριο θεσμός. Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα με δύο μεγάλες κρεβατοκάμαρες, το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι αναπαυτικό, το μπάνιο πεντακάθαρο, κουζίνα ευρύχωρη, καφετιέρα nespresso, με τα πόδια πας στο κέντρο της πόλης με τα πόδια, από το δρόμο ή παραλιακα από τη Χαλέπα. Η τιμή, το μάρτιο τουλάχιστον που το επισκέφτηκα, είναι απόλυτα λογική. Μόνη παρατήρηση ότι η τηλεόραση δεν έχει κεραία ούτε τηλεοπτικό σήμα, αλλά τουλάχιστον είναι smart και έχει netflix. Προτείνω στον ιδιοκτήτη να εγκαταστήσει τη δωρεάν εφαρμογή android Greek tv, για streaming τηλεοπτικά προγράμματα. Προσωπικά έκανα mirroring τηλεοπτικό πρόγραμμα από το κινητό μου. The spacious apartment of Alex is a real gem. Very centrally located but quiet, just a minute to the sea and the Koum Kapí charming boulevard with lots of cafes and restaurants, as well as a great pizzeria and the supermarket just next door. Parking was not a problem in the off season. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Thanks for a perfect stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment and would recommend others stay here. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, stylish and cozy. The beds are very comfortable compared to other accommodations I've stayed in Greece. The location was ideal being in Chania center with restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket surrounding the apartment. The Old Town is only a short 15-minute walk away. The amenities were extensive including fast WiFi and a full kitchen to name a couple. The host was thoughtful and responsive, providing local tips to restaurants and attractions. Overall a great place to stay in Chania!
